With a career marked by thought leadership and strategic consultancy, Elizabeth has been a trusted advisor to hedge fund founders, C-suite executives, and internal business leaders for 25 years. Her global experience encompasses orchestrating comprehensive strategies for employee development, senior leader coaching, strategic project management, inclusion and belonging, recruitment strategies, wellbeing, and philanthropy, spearheading a transformative shift in the employee experience for her clients.
Prior to launching Compass Advisors, Elizabeth was responsible for building the Employee Experience and Engagement function, elevating the employee experience at Davidson Kempner, one of the world’s leading hedge funds. Prior to Davidson Kempner, Elizabeth spent an illustrious 18 years at Goldman Sachs in New York and Hong Kong ultimately leading the Prime Brokerage HR Consulting Practice for almost a decade, she provided invaluable guidance to numerous hedge funds navigating the complexities of the employee life cycle.
Elizabeth’s professional journey began at New York University’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Her academic pursuits led her to earn a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Scranton and a Master of Arts in Higher Education from NYU. Committed to ongoing learning, she obtained her Executive Coaching Certification from Columbia University, and additional certifications in Everything DiSC®, Hogan Assessments, Interpersonal Leadership Styles – ILS, and Caliper Essentials.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Elizabeth is deeply rooted in community service. A founding member of the University of Scranton’s President’s Business Council, she has dedicated over two decades to actively supporting the university community, currently serving as the Chair. Additionally, as a founding member of the Managed Funds Association (MFA) Steering Committees for Human Capital, and DE&I, she continues to contribute to both those committees and help the broader alternative community.
